Many people are amazed by its immediate result. Here I want to introduce a very effective and easy approach to relieve shoulder and upper back pain.
Small Intestine system massage
Time required: 3- 5 mins
Direction (2 steps):
Step 1. press gentle 3 to 5 seconds along from point 1 to point 19 in above picture.
The white line shown in above image is called The Hand Greater Yang (手三阳经) of the Small Intestine. This meridians system links hand to the head. The route passes through the line of the shoulder and neck, therefore rubbing it from hand to head can relax the muscles along the lines of other soft tissue, eliminate muscle stiffness feeling.
Step 2. press the point of Quchi on both arm 5 to 10 seconds.
